Peter The Lost Cold War Engine

Peter is a tender engine who was placed in a tunnel during the cold war due to fear of a possible attack. Of course, the Cold War had ended in 1991, but even before then, Peter was forgotten about. Years after the end of the Cold War, Peter was discovered by Emily Helen Hatt, and Diesel, and was repaired. He is now the NWR's #15 engine.

In my universe, Peter is not an engine from the Cold War, his story will be quite different actually! Anyways, Peter has two versions shown here. The top one is his design for my universe, and the bottom is the character as he appeared in Sodor, The Modern Years. - Afro
