Often seen eating donuts and watching viral videos in his office while also ignoring problems that are happening within the city. Often leaves Chief of Police, Officer Jenny to deal with them. Rumored to be in love with Lady Palutena, the owner of a hot-spring/Japanese bathhouse in New Tendo City. Oddly, Mayor Pauline still thinks of him as a hard worker!
