My Deepest Apologies

Muldrew rushed towards the Crovan's Gate Steamworks as fast as his wheels would let him. "There's now way such a horrific act towards her could be true, the other engines must be having a very sick joke day, for if they are, I'll take care of them myself!" He reached his destination and rolled onto the turntable. When it came to the track that he needed, he rolled forward, only to be stopped by a stout gentleman.

"Sir Topham Hatt?" he asked. "What are you doing here, and why are you on the track?" The Fat Controller looked up at Muldrew, his watery blue eyes were filled with tears, and his face looked as if he had suffered a broken heart. "Muldrew, they tried everything to save her.... but the damage was too severe. She didn't make it through..."

Muldrew was speechless at the news. He finally gathered up the courage to ask about what happened to his sister. "Sir Topham Hatt shook his head in disbelief. "Two workmen decided to take their anger out on a loss of the current war on our front and decided to wreck Aisha until she was no more. I have fired both workmen, and have insured that they won't be around anymore to lash out at any more of my engines. I'm deeply sorry, for I know how close you two were during your Southern Railway days, and your days in France working. Keep in mind that I want to make sure you don't do anything in response to those men!"

Muldrew remained silent. Words couldn't even be formed to describe what had happened. The only thought left in Muldrew's smokebox was revenge, and an eye for an eye. There was going to be bloodshed in response to the unspeakable attack.

This will be in Season 2 of Sudrian Chronicles, specifically the episode Family Ties. Aisha's sprites will be done some other time, so don't ask me! ~ Afro
